This is not a pixel-only role.
This is not a one-market, one-app design job.
This role is for someone who thinks in systems, workflows, and scale – and understands how design decisions behave across countries, cultures, and contexts.
If you care about clarity, usability, and global consistency more than what Dribbble likes, keep reading.
About the Role
We’re building a global, AI-powered SaaS platform used by building owners, operators, and enterprises across India, US, UK, Middle East, Europe, and beyond.
As our Senior UX & UI Designer, you will shape:
- How complex building intelligence becomes understandable
- How dashboards inform decisions (not overwhelm)
- How workflows feel intuitive across cultures
- How mobile and web experiences stay consistent at scale
You will help define the design language, system, and experience principles for a multi-product, multi-market platform.
What You Will Own
UX & Workflow Design
- Design end-to-end workflows for dashboards, admin tools, and mobile apps
- Simplify complex data into clear, usable experiences
- Think deeply about roles, permissions, and user journeys
- Design experiences that work across skill levels and geographies
UI & Visual Systems
- Create clean, modern, and scalable UI across web and mobile
- Own iconography, typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy
- Build and maintain a design system used across products
- Ensure visual consistency across features, teams, and markets
Global & Multi-Market Thinking
- Design for global sensibilities — language, symbols, color meaning, accessibility
- Balance localisation with strong global standardisation
- Anticipate regional constraints (connectivity, device types, usage patterns)
AI-Native Design
- Design interfaces for AI-driven insights, recommendations, and agents
- Use modern AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, and iteration
- Think about trust, explainability, and human-in-the-loop workflows
Collaboration
- Work closely with product managers, engineers, and founders
- Translate product intent into elegant experiences
- Participate in discovery, critique, and iteration cycles
Who This Is For
This role is for someone who:
- Thinks in flows, not just screens
- Can design for complexity without dumbing things down
- Has strong opinions, loosely held
- Understands global UX patterns and cultural nuance
- Cares about edge cases and real-world usage
- Can defend design decisions with reasoning, not trends
- Enjoys working on systems that evolve over years
You naturally ask:
- “What does the user need to do next?”
- “What breaks when this scales globally?”
- “How do we make this obvious without explaining?”
What You’ll Likely Have
- 4–8+ years of UX/UI design experience on SaaS or complex products
- Strong portfolio showing dashboards, workflows, or system design
- Proficiency with tools like Figma, FigJam, and design systems
- Experience designing both web and mobile applications
- Understanding of accessibility and usability best practices
- Comfort using AI tools for design, research, and prototyping
Why This Role Is Special
- Influence the experience layer of a global SaaS platform
- Design for real-world impact, not vanity features
- Work directly with founders and product leadership
- Freedom to define standards instead of inheriting messes
- Opportunity to shape a design system that scales across markets
This role rewards thinking deeply, not rushing output.
