About the Role:

The Project Manager will lead end-to-end client implementations of Nhance.ai’s platform, acting as a trusted advisor for customer success. This individual will bridge technical and business teams to ensure seamless, on-time delivery of smart building projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Own project planning, execution, and delivery for multiple client accounts, ensuring success across milestones, budgets, and customer specifications.
Coordinate with customer stakeholders, solution architects, and third-party vendors to manage project risks, resources, and schedules.
Drive customer onboarding, solution configuration, training, and go-live support, act as the main point of contact throughout the engagement.
Report progress, identify issues proactively, and resolve bottlenecks to achieve desired outcomes.
Maintain accurate project documentation and provide post-delivery support, capturing lessons learned for future improvements.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or master’s in engineering, project management, or related fields.
4+ years’ experience delivering SaaS, IoT, or BMS projects; smart building or real estate sector experience highly preferred.
Strong client-facing and cross-functional team leadership skills.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum/PMP methodologies is a plus.
