About the Role
We’re building a category-defining SaaS platform at the intersection of AI, Digital Twins, Smart Buildings, and the Built World – across India, US, UK, Middle East, Europe, and beyond.
We are hiring 4 high-calibre Program Managers, each of whom will own a vertical (product line, geography, customer segment, or strategic initiative) and run it like a business.
You will operate as an extension of the Founder – thinking strategically, executing relentlessly, and building systems that scale.
What You Will Own
Each role will own a vertical end-to-end, including (but not limited to):
- Translating vision into clear execution plans
- Owning outcomes – delivery, quality, timelines, and impact
- Making decisions fast with imperfect information
- Working across product, engineering, design, sales, partners, and customers
- Building repeatable processes instead of one-off fixes
- Anticipating problems before they surface
- Driving programs across geographies, teams, and time zones
- Using AI aggressively to move faster and smarter
- Ensuring the company runs at startup speed without startup chaos
You are not “managing tasks”.
You are building machines that don’t break.

What You’ll Likely Have
- 5–10+ years of experience in program management, product ops, consulting, startups, or complex delivery environments
- Proven ability to run large, ambiguous initiatives
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Comfort with data, tools, dashboards, and AI workflows
- Experience working with senior stakeholders or enterprise customers
- Bias for action over consensus
Backgrounds that often fit well (but are not mandatory):
- Startup operators
- Ex-founders
- Strategy/consulting with real execution exposure
- Product-adjacent leaders who can execute
