About the Role:

A Senior QA Engineer plays a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of software products throughout the development lifecycle. They go beyond simply testing for functionality and delve into ensuring the software adheres to best practices, industry standards, and potentially, internal Quality Management Systems (QMS).

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in software testing with a successful track record in leading and implementing QA strategies.

• Expertise in testing principles and best practices (black-box testing, white-box testing, exploratory testing) and their alignment with industry standards (if applicable).
• Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing test automation frameworks.
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills to guide and develop junior QA engineers.
