About the Role:

We are searching for a passionate and quality-focused QA Engineer to join our growing team! You will play a key role in ensuring the functionality and quality of our software products throughout the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to identify and report software defects.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to understand product requirements and translate them into testable scenarios.
• Leverage automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) to automate repetitive test cases and improve test coverage (a plus).
• Perform exploratory testing to uncover potential issues not covered by planned test cases.
• Identify and report usability issues and suggest improvements to enhance user experience.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback on potential quality concerns.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Document test results and maintain clear, concise test reports.
• Work effectively with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, design) throughout the development lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in software testing or a related field.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
• Solid understanding of testing principles and best practices (e.g., black-box testing, white-box testing, exploratory testing).
• Experience with manual testing methodologies and a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and well-documented test cases.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with various teams.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes of defects.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
